Have been having to reset box for the last week to be able to watch youview and all my recordings are failing. Have tried everything to fix it, can you send out a new box

I've just tried these again and the box has completely stopped working now, so if you could send me the new box that would be great.

Hi John

 

You can try the Youview Maintenance Reset  and if this fails then your only option is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu to remove any corrupt files.

 

If all else fails, I can send another box however this would be the Lite Box as Talk Talk no longer provide a recording box.
