I have a huawei DN 372T Box that over the last couple of weeks has started misbehaving.
The pictue is pixilating and image and sound cuts out ( black screen) with a cracking/clicking sound for 5-10 second then comes back on with the option bar on the bottom of the screen.
My recordings are also affected , even overnight recordings with tv off.
The problem doesnt occur watching tv apps e,g Amazon, Now tv Youtube etc.
I have done a factory reset, rebooted the box, unplugged overnight, retuned the channels and even re booted and repositioned the router.
I am getting 50-54% signal strength 100%quality.
I am using rg-6 Coax, hdmi and cat7 ethernet cables.
Am i missing something or does the box nreed replacing?

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile.
