My parents are both over 70 and self isolating. There tv box won't work. My mum has tried reporting it but with no joy. We have tried to reset the box but it is now coming up with a message that says System start up error.

OK, if you would like the online support team to look into this for you make sure that your parents' TalkTalk landline number is complete on your community profile in the Private notes section (click here) so that their account can be identified and then wait for them to respond.
