Just had a brand new box installed today. It froze and I couldn't get it to work so I turned it off and restarted it but all it is saying is (system start up error 101. I've tried to reset using factory settings but no joy. Software reset not working either. This can't be right surely. The box is brand new.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
