This payment pin has never worked been well over a yesr now not been able to order anything or add channels iv spent hours on chat and just never gets fixed iv done everything full reset from recovery etc says on more tv cannot connect to acc if this makes any diffrence

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
