Got an email yesterday. Saying all my services were live. But my entertainment boost isn't on yet an I had retuned my channel's 3 time's yesterday and twice this morning. What's wrong.

Hmm you say MORE TV doesn't show anything, do you meanliterally nothing? Surely at the top you have the headings "Showcase" "Subscriptions & Purchases" and "Search". Retuning the box won't do anything for the "boost" channels as they are Internet broadcasts not over the air. Do the channels show on your EPG? as I don't have either Cinema or Sport subscriptions but all of those channels are listed on the EPG.
OK I suggest you try one of these, if you have no recordings then blue button (they vary depending on the remote model it could say menu, YV or YouView) on remote to bring up the menu across bottom of screen > Settings > Factory Reset, do a factory reset.
IF you have recordings which you wish to keep :
Turn the box off, then unplug the power lead for about 10 minutes.
Re-plug in power lead.
You will then need to reset your personal settings (such as parental controls / Antenna Out / Surround Sound etc.) and also reset your scheduled recordings (might be worth taking a note of future recordings before doing this so you don’t miss any).
It is also a good idea to restart your router once you have done this.

Yes its activated in my account and more by button doesn't do anything on my box and I left both off for half an hour and retuned my channel's again and still no subscription channel's

Is the boost showing in your "my account" section ?
If you navigate to "More TV" > Subscriptions (at the top), do you see your boost channels there, if so pick a programme and try playing it for a few minutes as this will force the system to check for your subscriptions.
If this doesnt work turn off your router and TTbox for AT LEAST 30 mins to clear your session, restart both and try More TV again.
