Hiya, TV box doesn’t tune all channels, I have tried several times however no good. 
I have requested a new box which took 2 weeks to come and has now taken me out of my period to cancel without being charged. 
this TV box doesn’t work either and the channels aren’t tuning, even itv etc. I cannot get however the TV we have upstairs does and that’s a normal arial.

please could someone advise

As fr8ys advises, are you connecting the TV box to an external aerial ?

From your comment, it sou ds as if you dont have a normal tv aerial where the box is. Is this correct?

 

The TV boxes require a terrestrial aerial to work and will not pick up channels via a satellite, cable or just internet connection. It is only catch up apps that are provided via the internet.

 

Can you confirm how you are trying to connect the box please.

 

If you have a terrestrial aerial, it should be plugged directly into the box, using a second aerial lead from the box to the TV. You then, in settings need to turn Antenna Out to On, in the sound and picture menu.
