I've been a TalkTalk customer for several years, but without a TV subscription. Now I'd like to add it, but I only need the TV box as I already have a router (which was actually provided to me by TalkTalk only a few months ago to replace my ancient one, so still new).

 

Adding TV seems to suggest I will get sent both a TV box and router - any chance someone can adjust this so I just get sent the TV box, please?

You'd need to have ordered a box at the time, @canny_nic, but you can still do this.

 

However, for help from staff on here, please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details so that they can identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Also,  please return to the message board and click on start a topic to open your own thread. 

 

Staff will only reply to the original poster.

I joined tv services about 2 months ago still I have no box. Can’t access any tv service at all

I’m the same can’t find any answers. Have gone on fb and asked there. They just want my details.  Funny how you can’t contact them. …

Hi

 

Your account is still showing as TV store only and needs to be set as a Multicast account so this may be stopping the TV box from being sent. I'd give them a call and ask that your account is set as 'Multicast'.

I haven't yet received a TV box. My account seems to have changed from "order in progress", but when I click on TV boosts, it still says I don't have a package that supports TV.  But my dashboard has changed to include TV.

Hi

 

If you add TV services you will only get the TV box, however TalkTalk only provide a Lite Box (non recording) and there are no longer TV Boosts to subscribe to.

 

If you call our customer loyalty teams they can add TV to your account for you.
