Wednesday upgraded to fibre 35. Now I’ve lost Tv channels, can’t record, can’t watch current recordings!, had two chats, still not solved. My package is worse! I said at the time I want to keep all my tv channels etc, IPC6017. m I right thinking I should have the tv plus box given. I may as well cancel within cooling off period and buy a recordable set top box. Can’t go back on guide to watch catch up either upto a week. Notice now it says you can’t have back what I had!!

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile.
