Very Slow

We have found that out TalkTalk is very slow when you wish to use Netflix, Amazon etc.,  When we have been to other peoples houses (prior to lockdown before you all start shouting) there set up is quick and swift.  Ours is very slow and clunky, any ideas as to why and how this can be resolved.

I'll swap out the TV Box for you and send a returns bag for the other unit.

Hi


Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).


Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
