when is my TV box arriving?
7 days ago I got the email "You’re all set. Your TV service is live and ready for you" but I am not sure how to set up? Is a TV box and remote coming to me? Do I need to set up something on my smart (ish) TV?

A TV Box is only sent if you specifically requested a TV box at the time of placing your order. This is for a one off charge of £25.
If you did not specifically request a TV Box, then give our customer Loyalty Colleagues a call and they can add this for you.
