When will I receive my TT TV Box?

Hi, I renewed my contract last month to Fibre 65 plus TV. I did not need the TV option, but it was cheaper for me to renew the contract with it. Although I did not need the TV option, now that I have the option I might as well enjoy the features that I'm paying for, but I never received the TT TV Box, despite it being over a month since I entered into the new contract. Please could you advise when I would receive it?

Hi

 

A TV box is only provided (for a small charge) if added to your order at the point of placing your initial order (new sale or contract renewal).

 

If a TV Box is now required, give our customer loyalty teams a call and they can add this for you.
