This must be the worst customer experience ever. You just can't speak to anyone. The Web site is a joke. It just takes you round in circles until you just can't be bothered any more. You can't chat to anyone and the phone number you eventually find from other websites will just give you an automated fix for a problem that you don't have. Then it cuts you off. I've been a customer for 20 years. It won't be 21.

What problem do you have? This is a support site so we need to know what problem you have in order to solve it for you.
We can't solve being unable to contact support which you have now done so. No buttons to press just tell us and we shall try to solve it.
