I am facing latency issues with the xbox and it feels very laggy. When I check the internet connection on the PC it is all fine but on the xbox it says 85ms and it should be better than that because I play games also. When I go on a game for example FIFA I have 17ms there. So I really do not know where the problem is and what I need to do to get this fixed I contacted Microsoft and they told me to connect some kind of ports to the router, I did that but I find no difference whatsoever. They told me that if the NAT Type of the Xbox is ''OPEN'' then there should be no problem with the xbox itself but the internet. Please help me out I wanna play without lag my xbox games and enjoy them. There is also button delays from time to time.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile.
