The You View Box has failed. We cannot get anything other than a blank screen. It has been intermittently failing to respond to the remote control over the past few weeks. We have been needing to turn everything off and reboot it recently just to get it to work. Today after the error code 102 I tried to install new software and it just showed "waking up" for several hours. Now it won't do anything. We need a new You View Box

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
