You View box stuck in waking up mode

We have had countless problems since joining Talk Talk with this + box in October 2019

 

Weve just put up with it until now as we always thought it would settle down. Freezing mid programme, scrambling picture on and off especially on non HD channels which seem to do better but not everything is on HD. Followed all the instructions available to try and fix. Its definitely not the router although the signal does seem poor at times but might just be as we are in a rural area?

 

This past week I have reset the box in maintenance mode several times trying to save our recordings but then it stopped recording altogether no matter how many times i reset it.

 

Finally yesterday, I thought ok i will reset it to factory mode but now its stuck in waking up mode and wont shift from there so no maintenance mode screen to click onto just the flashing lights at the front of the box staying like that for hours. I left it all off last night for one last ditch attempt today but its straight back to where it was. Exasperated!!

 

So now we are having to watch the normal tv on freeview as the box has gone into 'self islolation' along with me!

 

Please help im desperate!  Thanks in advance.
