Hi there,

 

We have had our YouView box a little over a year now and it has never really been totally brilliant at doing it's job but we were told on the phone to just keep using the box. Today however the box has decided it's time to unfortunately depart us. We've tried all the usual remedies that have been recommended, but nothing is nursing it back to life properly. 

 

Would we be able to get a replacement sent out to us at all?
