My Youview Box has been playing up for about a week now, with streaming being very slow. Now it will not stream at all (my subscription channels, Netflix, Iplayer etc... will not load up). I think I need a new box as the internet itself is fine and I can stream Iplayer on my laptop without any problems.
How do I go about getting a new box from you?

How is the TV box connected to the router, Is this direct with a cable or do you use powerline adapters ?
