YouView box not working properly

Hello!

Our box has randomly started switching itself off in the middle of a programme and it's very hot to the touch. In addition it's started buffering when we use apps.

We've run a speed test and all is well. I've also reset everything (router, powerlines and box). The software is up to date.

Any ideas?
