OK, it may have met its demise. The support team should be able to arrange a swap out for you, but bear in mind that recording boxes are no longer available. If that feature is important to you then you will have to seek a third-party alternative.

I have Huawei DN372T. I have now carried the test you mentioned. I get to item 4 and get no start screen.

Have you tried shouting "wakey-wakey?"  🙂

 

Otherwise, have you worked your way through the Maintenance Mode resets?
