Hi, when trying to watch a programme via Apps, e.g. BBC iplayer or via youview controller, e.g. watching a programme from yesterday/week ago, get sound but no vision. Can hear the programme but no picture or info, once this happens can't use the controller to go back. Only way is to turn the box off and power up again. This usually works however it takes time and is frustrating. In the last 7 days have has to do this 3 times. What do we do next?

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
