Hi,

I have a Huawei DN360T box. It is connected to the internet via ethernet, and says as much in the broadband settings.
It will not load any TV apps, it says it cannot update to the latest software.

I have done two soft resets and one hard reset and this issue continues.

Please help, many thanks.

Hi,

I dont know how or what happened since I've been at work and not had a chance to give other things a go, but the apps seem to be working fine now.

Thanks for all your help.

Hi amyc95

Would it be possible to connect the TV box directly to the router? (just for testing purposes)

Thanks

Debbie

Hi,

After switching the adapters round, both seem to stay green however the apps will still not load.

Cheers.

Hi,

There could be an issue with the adapter.

You can try swapping these around and see if that helps, see if the lights then remain all green.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi Karl,

One of the powerline adapters is flickering between red and green.

Cheers.

Hi

I cannot see any connection logs from the box over previous weeks.

Can you check both powerline adapters and make sure they have green lights on.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi Karl,

It is connected via the powerline adapter at the socket.

But I also switch it off overnight. I'll turn it on now.

Cheers.

Hi

I can't see the box online.  Do you have the boc connected to the router directly or does the ethernet cable from the box go to a powerline adapter at the wall socket.

Thanks

Karl.
