Youview box freezing/ stopped working/new customer

Hi  I have the same problem as  weybladebill  except my box has now stopped working.

For several days my youview box has been freezing after 20 min on whatever channel you  are on and nothing on the remote works (wont change channels or go to settings nothing ) so have to switch all off and start again for another 20 mins viewing then it freezes again. So I followed the same  path as  weybladebill  and did a factory reset.However my box refuses to re-start displaying an error message (system start up error)

having now tried ALL the maintenance options several times it still will not restart .so I am left in lockdown with no Sky-Netflix and have returned to old tv aerial. I have tried to contact Talktalk several times with no success. so I cannot request a new box or get any assistance.so I now have to wait until Monday to try to contact Talktalk again. Any help would be appreciated .
