Hi

My Youview box has decided not to record anything.  I have tried a factory reset.  Is there anything else I can do.  Is it possible for a replacement?

Hi

 

If a factory reset does not resolve this, then nothing further can be done.  TalkTalk no longer issue the recordable box.
