Youview box not working

I have had problems with the youview box fir a few days. It keeps rebooting and now I reset to factory settings and it gave me a screen error saying it failed to restart. 
what else can I try? I think I might need a replacement ?... unless you have found a solution

I tried again and the view box is not even starting up anymore... it freeze on waking up. I did factory resetting twice but nothing happens 

I think is dead ...
