Will not allow channel changes and no sound via HDMI. Have to reboot to get channels

Hi

 

This may help with the volume issue, but also try a different hdmi cable if you have one or different port on the back of the TV.  Also in the settings menu of the box, try switching between surround and stereo etc.

 

If you have a new 4K , I've also seen this advice that has helped in the past:

 

1  go to menu on your tv set.

2   select  Inputs.

3   select   HDMI.

4    change the setting to  EDID  1.4

Hi


Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).


Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
