Hi. I've been having an increasing number of problems with my Youview box recently. Firstly it began randomly shutting down and restarting and in the last few days it's lost several Freeview channels (which I can still get directly through the TV by switching the aerial lead). The latest problem is sudden loss of internet connection leading to TV guide and several apps disappearing. I have to switch it off and unplug it for a while to get the internet connection and apps back. Any help appreciated.

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset and see if this helps.
