My box won't get past this message and I have tried holding the +/- buttons and attemting various resets to no avail. I wasted an hour on live chat during which most time was spent waiting for the agent to respond. He again told me to reset the software which did not work. After 50 minutes of virtually no help, he claimed that he would have to refer this to the fault team and this would take 72 hours. 

 

We have had Talk Talk TV for over a year now and having just signed into another 18 month contract, this is very frustrating! We have had limited issues but in the last few weeks the box has begun freezing and been slow to start. Now that it will not turn on, it seems clear to me this issue lies with the box. Is it not possible to get a new box sent out straight away rather than wait 3 days for someone to diagnose that the fault is with the box?
