Youview is stuck on loading screen .Have tried restarting and maintenence mode nothing is working.

Please can I have a new plus box

Hi

 

The new box is on the way and should arrive within 48hrs.

 

The recording boxes have not been supplied since the start of the year.

When should I receive this. Why was there no warning that if the old boxes stop working that the new boxes have limited function

Therere are couple of things that you should ne aware of :

 

Could you please ensure that your personal information is up to date in your profile.

The other thing is that since before the beginning of the year only the non recording Lite box is how being supplied so I should try every option to get the existing box working again should be tried.
