Youview not connecting Does ANYBODY have a solution?

So having spent HOURS on the phone and laptop looking for answers all I can find is "connect the ethernet, reset you router....SOLVED!" WRONG. Ethernet FINE, Router FINE, Youview has no idea what the internet is. Talking to Talk Talk is a waste of time as on the phone they can see NO issues...despite sending ME an email STATING that they had detected the Youview box wasn't connected!? Trying to connect MANUALLY is even worse, asks for IP address Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and Primary and Secondary DNS.. IF ANYBODY knows what they all are that would be nice to try. (And yes I tried googling those too but just found how to con the Youview into working wirelessly. Wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't paying extra every month for unlimited broadband AND Amazon Prime, which I can't watch now unless the kids leave the Xbox free for a bit. Does anybody PLEASE have some other solution I've not already tried?
