error msg YVM 102/104 for last 8 weeks !!

I have had no You View TV for 8 weeks.  either the router or the TV box is broken and I've tried trouble shooted everything to get it back up and running.  cant get through to Talk Talk (as per usual) to request a new box to be sent out to try and resolve the issues.

Hi

 

How is the youview box connected to the router, direct via a cable or via powerline adapters ?

 

Do on demand players work, such as BBC Iplayer etc ?
