keep getting error code YVM104 ,cant get catchup tv,i have tried resetting router ,turning all off

i have tried all suggestions from talk talk chat line but still get message saying to check connection to router ,it is connected ,have turned box off for more than 30 seconds but still the same ,have tried getting into the players but there is nothing there but a blank screen,i need some advice what else i can do

Hi

 

Is the TV box direct to the router with  cable or do you use powerline adapters ?

 

Is an external aerial also connected ?
