Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Do you have a separate £4 charge for TV appearing on your monthly bills? It seems that TalkTalk talks about the package including TV when it doesn't. The £4 charge is usually a good indicator as to whether it is included or not.
