I have been through all the advice re resetting the adapters. I have had them side by side, I have pressed the reset button, I have paired them and I have switched them off for 30 or more seconds. I have done all this several times and still I cannot get the adapters to talk to each other

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
