our recordings won't play back

fails to record new content as well

all checks done, latest software is present, all leads checked

Hi

 

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset and see if this helps.

 

If that fails then the only option is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu, erasing all content in case of any corrupt files etc.
