sky sport and BT sport packages stopped when?

When did Talk Talk stop providing Sky Sport and BT sports via TV Boosts?

I received no information about this.

I tried to add a Sky sports boost for new football season yesterday and was directed to Now TV. BT sports is not there as an option

I have registered to Now TV only to find it won't work with my Hauwei box.

Now TV no longer works on my box as its an older model.

So I can only watch games on my phone or mac which is not convenient.

Also, all the old football matches I recorded on the box are now not playing.

What is going on here, I am pretty frustrated right now?

Hi simon2011

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile.

We will not attempt to call you, this is so we can locate your account and run tests on your line if required. We will then reply via this Community.

If unsure of your phone number, and if your line is working simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you. Alternatively these details can be found within My Account online or may be on the heading of any paperwork you have received.

Please post back on this thread when this has been done..

Thanks

Karl.

This happened a couple of months ago.

As your box is not compatible you may be eligible for a replacement if in contract. Failing that a Now TV stick is probably the best way to access, unless you have a Smart TV? Sticks are on special offer at the moment in Asda a with entertainment and cinema vouchers included.

To see if the OCE can offer a swap, can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
Thank you
