hi there so in december i resigned up to talk talk for a great deal was then told everything was removed from my account and moved to now tv my box was so old it was compatible i was then fighting with talk talk for over a month before a managed escalated the account to say theres an error we dunno why u cant have a new box buy one yourself so that left me £154.99 out of pocket and now i am able to use now tv boost but heres the kicker the channels i was told BY TALK TALK specifically the crime and investigation channel are on there was told this many times..and its not ..amongst other channels is there anyway to get my crime and investigation channel back please?

As @Karl-TalkTalk has said a large selection of C&I programmes are available on PRIME VIDEO.

Hi

We no longer provide TV boosts and do direct all customers towards NOW TV.

The crime and investigation channel is no longer part of the Now TV lineup but there may be other providers that carry this.
