The TV box has been fine for years but no longer connects to the internet - Error code YVM102.
all my other devices connect as normal to internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, have tried different cables and connections to see if this was the problem, have factory reset TV Box , still nothing.

Can you confirm how the TV box is connected ?

How are you connecting it, via Ethernet & power line adapters? If so, check the lights on them.
