A TV box is not autmatically provided unless this is added to your order and you subscribe to TVservices.
If you did not request a TV box with your initial order, then please contact our customer Loyalty Teams directly and they can amend your package to include TV.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
