hi all why @StephenF Why not put the info at a fixed thead at top of the list of theads like u have done on the other pages explining the clear and true info on they way covering all areas of the new charge for people

one way to sort out all these post coming now as the e-mails go out.

What do u think???

@StephenF Ok but why not post it on the tv thead at top as a pined thead then people can look at the page which might herlp save time answering repeated qestions.
