£4 TV Charge

Hi could a CEO please check that my request to opt out of the new £4 charge has been accepted please?.


I requested to opt out yesterday (21.01.2019) via livechat but have not received any confirmation via email to say this has been activated and today I received an e-mail saying I will be charged £4.
