Hi,

 

is every tv customer being affected by this change?

 

I've had no email about this and different places reading about people who have their own box are getting charged, then reading its everyone with any box then anyone with only talktalk tv boxes (me)

 

if my price is to go up, it would be great to be told personally, I've had nothing officially....

 

any ideas?

Hi grahamj

 

The charge is being applied to all TalkTalk customers with an active TV package.  More details of the charge can be found here.

 

The emails are being sent out in batches with more emails currently being sent over the next few days, you you may have not had the email as yet.

Glad you've received the email now.  Letters are also being sent to those customers that do not use on line billing etc.
