I'm also trying to cancel this, everytime I have called to cancel they say they have cancelled it but I am still being charged. I dont have a talk talk tv box and was told they should refund the money back to your bill. Hoping to get some help via here to cancel this unnecessary payment I was never warned that I would be charged for!
The TV Charge is part of the current package and will not be removed from contractual packages that commenced from March 2019.
When the contract is due for renewal yo can then discuss a suitable package with our loyalty teams.
