Joined TalkTalk on December 17th last year. Received an Amazon prime code. Entered code into Amazon and was told the code had already been redeemed. Had countless calls and online chats regarding this issue. Latest information was code delivery on the 10th of January 2020. No code recurved. This prime offer was the only reason I added TalkTalk TV to my internet package. Very disappointed. Not sure what to do next.
