We don't have any subscription channels through our TalkTalk package but we do run the standard Freeview/Youview channels through a Humax box.
Sometime during yesterday, our HD channels (101-105) have disappeared.
They were working on Friday evening and nothing changed with our setup in between times.
I have tried retuning the channels and that gives me a list of 122 channels but the terrestrial HD options are missing.
I have tried updating the box software and it says we are running the latest version of the software.
I have even tried resetting through maintenance mode all of which completed normally, but still no HD channels.
Anybody have any ideas?
Plug the aerial into the TV, do a retune on the TV and see if you pick up the HD channels.
If you don't, there is probably a fault with either your aerial, or the transmitter that your aerial is pointing to.
If you do, you may have to do a factory reset on your box.
