We have on ongoing problem with the reception on our youview box. The reception is fine if you put aerial wire directly into TV so not an aerial problem.
I have tried retuning the TV and its OK for about 24hrs then the reception goes again. I've tried retuning without aerial wire to clear the system and a factory reset, none of which has sorted the problem long term.
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
