Afternoon,having been with Talk Talk since Tiscali days,im noy very imprest with the lack of help im getting from the call centre.I was told they would apply a £5.00 discount every month ,if i phoned up every 3 month.Having done this on several occasions the discount has not been deducted,each time i call they say they will add the discount but it never materialises.PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Sorry for the delay.  

 

I've re-added the discount and can see that it hasn't been applied previously so Ive added a credit for the missing discounts. 

 

Your will be able to see it on the transaction history in My Account.
