Boost channels not working, black screen

There was a bt van at the green box earlier this week. Every time weve had a problem its been at the bt junction box outside.

Networks are advising that pre join and post join multicast traffic is showing correctly this side, so no visible issues.

 

I've made a change to a couple of router settings and reset the port.

 

Can you reboot all and retest please.

Hi Karl,

Now have no internet and still not no boost chanels.  Red lights now showing on router. All have been re set my end all cables checked too. received_10213911564890602.jpeg

Not good if the power light is going RED, this usually indicates that the router is failing.  We will swap this out asap and retest.

Red light is off now. Went off for 2 hours. Back on and now have wifi. Still no boost chanels though.

Wifi and boost chanels now working. Not had new router arrive yet. So its working with old router although the wireless and internet lights are constantly flashing.

Glad to hear boost channels are working again.  With the Red light appearing on the power last time it could indicate a router fault, so it will be handy to have another to test with.

Boosts stopped working yet again, swapped router for the new one that arrived, still no boost chanels.

Internet is working fine still no boost chanels.

Can you please retest.

 

Our Noc teams have advised a static join has been removed and multicast traffic seen.  Can you retest as soon as you can and confirm please.

Yet again same problem. No boost chanels showing. Twice bt have been seen at the green box this week and suprise suprise we get faults. Thats 4 times in a few months now.

Same issues again. I sent a message Sunday. 😔
