We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

Boost channels not working, black screen

There was a bt van at the green box earlier this week. Every time weve had a problem its been at the bt junction box outside.

Networks are advising that pre join and post join multicast traffic is showing correctly this side, so no visible issues.

 

I've made a change to a couple of router settings and reset the port.

 

Can you reboot all and retest please.

Hi Karl,

Now have no internet and still not no boost chanels.  Red lights now showing on router. All have been re set my end all cables checked too. received_10213911564890602.jpeg

Not good if the power light is going RED, this usually indicates that the router is failing.  We will swap this out asap and retest.

Hi Karl,

Red light is off now. Went off for 2 hours. Back on and now have wifi. Still no boost chanels though.
