My boost channel's do not work. Stopped suddenly with code ipc6023.
Restarting router and tv box
Checked all wiring is in correctly
Have reset the tv box to factory settings
Checked the internet connection says it's connected in settings.
I can still seem to watch stuff which would require the internet so I'm sure the internet is working but just not the boost channel's?
It's very frustrating as I've spent alot of time trying to get it going. And with the kids at home due to coronavirus it's even harder with none of the kids channels or movie channels available for them to watch.
If you would like the online support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile here so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
