I can't play my recordings and now programmes have failed to record. I have rebooted and also reset including recordings but still can't play the recordings

Hi

 

If a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings). Has failed to resolve, then the only option left is to perform the full factory reset from the hard drive as this will clear any corruption.
